Volunteer house.                                           

The volunteer house has room to accommodate a maximum of 7 volunteers. It has a kitchen, TV, DVD, Stereo, hot water and a rooftop. There is a laundry service in the favela that does the laundry for volunteers at no cost. Meals are not provided but volunteers who wish to prepare their own meals can do it at the volunteer house.

We ask that volunteers contribute towards the rent and running costs of the house. (The total rent is currently R$400 per month, plus about another R$100 for running costs. Volunteers´ individual contributions will depend on how many people are staying in the house.)
